Have bought 4 necklaces 3 pair earrings and a ring. All gifted wrapped. Price is brilliant and the jewelry is beautiful.

Excellent service

I went here today to buy a present for a friend. I didn't want anything too expensive but I wanted to see a range of items about 8 things which they get and place on a tray for you. I had them on my phone and showed them to the girl who was more than happy to help. I saw other things and I asked could I see them also which I thought she might get a bit annoyed about as I was back and Fort but no she couldn't have been more accommodating. This in itself was a relief she even gave me advice on what to buy and the different sets things came in. Sometimes I go into jewellery stores and if you don't know what you want then they stand and look right through you and its so off-putting. The variety and price in Warren James is excellent and the pieces are beautiful. I was so happy with my purchase and they even put it in a gift ? bag as it was a present what more could you ask for. Will always try here 1st for that special gift ? as the standard of customer service ? was excellent ?.

This is the best jewellers in Belfast in every way, they have the best prices and also the most helpful and pleasant staff. FYI: This store does not offer refunds as part of their exchange policy, the do offer and exchange or credit voucher for unworn items (excluding earrings) and have plenty to choose from.
