Popped in quickly a couple of weeks ago for a chain for my pendant i bought from greeece as the original snapped. Lady suggested the £20 chain as my hair wouldnt get caught like the last one, and it was all very quick service as it was busy but the easiest purchase ever. I hope she sees this, as my hair hasnt got stuck in this one, its good quality too, and im just happy that i was in and out and got exactly what i needed so for that 5 stars
