Helpful staff, some beautiful jewelry for an array of budgets. I visited at a busy time for retail stores, just before Christmas and received a fantastic customer experience from all staff at the shop. Although gift wrapping costs slightly more, it's fairly reasonable considering the range of stock supplied. Staff are also helpful and will order stock if your size is not available and will text/phone once it arrives.

What fantastic service, earrings bought early December faulty, no receipt, no problem, returned in July the most helpful staff who from a Visa slip found the sale and gave me the option of a credit note or a replacement.There are many stores that could learn a thing or two about service from the staff in the Exeter store.

Nice place with lovely jewellery that is quite affordable too. The range is updated often enough but not too quickly and there is always a sale on. Good quality jewellery.
