    I went into the Poole Warren James shop today with my daughter, who had a problem with the ring her boyfriend bought her recently from there. She no longer had the receipt, but when we explained the problem the ladies were really helpful and friendly, and gave her a replacement with no problem. I highly recommend this shop - fantastic staff, and beautiful, reasonably priced jewellery.

    Very reasonably priced jewelry. Some is very pretty and elegant. If you need z refund on an item and have no receipt you will get the cheapest price it ever sold at. The opposite of Mark's and Spencer. The staff are very pleasant. I do recommend this shop.
